Update: IM BACK!!! Sorta...

Well, I FINALLY have a high speed connection again, I had forgotten how painful dial-up can be. So we are now back at my family's house until Friday when we fly out of here to Hawaii!!!
We have had a great time visiting with our family's. Hubby and I went horse-back-riding last Thursday (my butt and back still hurt, especially my back) on a 2 hour ride. We had not been in 8 years. We got some great pictures that I will share later on a Wordless Wednesday.
My sister is throwing us a Hawaii themed party tonight! I might have to wear a coconut bra (just kidding), too bad I don't have a grass skirt.

Its still hard to believe we leave for Hawaii in 5 days..... I am not looking forward to the long plane ride. Once we get there we will be staying in a lodging (hotel) on base until we get base housing. Which will be for at least 3 days if not longer, it just depends on the housing office. We get there on a Friday and cant go to housing until Monday. But our car is already there and we have arranged for someone to pick it up before we get there (one less thing to worry about).

Princess' school starts on July 31st and she needs a physical form filled out from a Dr. and a TB test before she can start school. Not to mention I cant go shopping for school supplys until we get there (no room in the suitcases to buy them here and take with) so I have to do that last minute. AND I cant even make her a Dr. appointment until we change our insurance info so that were covered in Hawaii.... Needless to say, that first week in Hawaii is going to be crazy and Busy, Busy, Busy.

Please hang in there with me, eventually I will get back to my regular Blogging & Commenting schedule.

Comment Game!

Lets try this again, I posted this game already but I think the title of the post was confusing...
I am currently at my In-Laws house in the country, with Dial-Up, AAAHHHHHHHH. Needless to say posting this took FOREVER. Comment as many times as you like, make it funny if you can, I get all comments via email so at least I have something entertaining to read. I will visit blogs and comment back as soon as I have High Speed Internet again. Have fun!

Comment game:
I will ask a question. The first person that comments, please answer my question. Once you’re done, include a question for the next commenter to answer. It can be any kind of question or even fill in the blank sentence. This is a family blog, so please keep it clean.
Then the next commenter will answer the question from the previous comment and then write a question for the next person (if someone forgets to leave a question answer mine). Feel free to comment as many times as you like! The more comments, the more fun it is!

Q: Ocean or Lake?

Wordless Wednesday - Goodbye Lilies

(This post was written in advance. We are flying to Colorado today so obviously I will not have access to the internet. So I apologies for not commenting and blog hopping on anyone today - I'm sure you can forgive me this once, I'm on a plane, what do you expect:)

We moved out of our house yesterday. I took this picture a few days ago, there Oriental Lilies in our front yard. I am so disappointed I did not get to see them bloom before we left. There so pretty and they smell great!

We leave in 4 days...

I packed up my computer tonight, luckily I still have a laptop so I am not cut off from my online world. Its getting down to the days.... I still cant completely wrap my head around the fact that were moving out of this house and will eventually be living in Hawaii!!!
Some friends of ours are already there and she sent me pictures of them at the beach! I don't know why its just hard for it all to seem real. Its quite overwhelming when I think about everything we have yet to do... I packed 14 outfits for Princess today. I figure two weeks worth of clothes will have to suffice, only so much will fit in a suitcase.
Whenever I have gone on a trip in the past I always pack shirts that I never end up wearing... Its hard to decide what you will want to wear for days in advance. I am packing 2 weeks worth of clothes that I will be wearing over and over (washing of course) for the next 6 weeks. Or however long it takes for all our belongings to get to Hawaii. Supposedly, its around August 19th. But that's just an estimate.
Bobo will be sleeping in a play-pen while we are in CO so we went ahead and took apart his crib so that he had a few days to get used to the play-pen while he was in the familiar surroundings of his own bedroom. He was not too sure about the situation when I put him to bed. He cried for a little bit but then decided to play for a bit before falling asleep. Hopefully this will make it easier for him to sleep somewhere else in the play-pen.

I Hate Moving, and we will have to do this all over again in 3 years. But I think it will all be worth it for the experience of living in Hawaii.

Wordless Wednesday - Caterpillars

I never knew that caterpillars made webs... These are in our back yard...

Even though I know its not a spider web, still kinda creeps me out... I Googled it to find out what they were and I beleive there either a EASTERN TENT CATERPILLAR or a FALL WEBWORM both of which are harmless and wont do much damage to the tree.
